At Dark Dominion Comics, we strive to ship fast and secure so you don't have to worry.

 

Shipping Times

For in-stock items, Dark Dominion Comics ships out orders within 3-5 business days (with exceptions made for the weekend and periods of inclement weather). For Sale Events, please allow extra time for order fulfillment.

We strive to process and fulfill preorders within the release week, when all items within the preorder arrive. 

If you have multiple preorders with us, we can perform partial fulfillment upon request. Otherwise, all items must be released before an order is fulfilled.  

Shipping Notifications are emailed out to the provided email address when an order is shipped. Please check your spam folder and/or whitelist our email address if you are not receiving shipping notifications.

If you are expecting an order but it hasn't arrived, please reach out to us within 72 hours of a shipment being marked "Delivered" by USPS or UPS. Waiting beyond that reduces your chances of successfully engaging the mail carrier services for assistance. 

Shipping & Packaging

Comics are packaged safely in Gemini comic mailers with Gemini mailer boards and shipped securely using USPS or UPS services. These services offer quick shipping with free delivery confirmation tracking at no additional cost to the customer.

Larger orders are packaged in mailer boxes and shipped securely in a bigger box using USPS or UPS Shipping options. 

Graded/slabbed comics (i.e. CGC or CBCS graded comics) are also shipped in boxes and, depending on the order, Signature Confirmation may be required (at no additional cost to the customer).  

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient address (for example, missing apartment or suite numbers) can be reshipped once the correct address is provided. A new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If you prefer not to reship, we can issue a refund for the item cost only once the package is returned to us.

International Shipping

We are currently not accepting International Orders at this time.
